At Lenovo Innovation World 2024, held on Sept. 5 in Berlin, Lenovo introduced a range of (artificial intelligence) AI-powered products designed for business professionals navigating an increasingly AI-driven landscape. Among the highlights were the ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 AMD and ThinkBook 16 Gen 7 QOY, along with cutting-edge Auto Twist AI PC proof of concept and advanced ThinkShield security solutions.

ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 AMD

Lenovo’s ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 AMD is designed to meet the demands of modern professionals. Powered by AMD Ryzen AI and featuring a 3X performance boost from the XDNA 2 architecture, the laptop offers robust AI-driven experiences. Its Zen 5 core and AMD RDNA 3.5 graphics enhance multitasking, while AMD PRO technology ensures security and enterprise-grade quality.

Key features include a redesigned thermal system with rear exhaust for better cooling, a 400-nit display with reduced power consumption, and support for Wi-Fi 7 and 5G connectivity. The device offers up to 64GB of memory and over 17 hours of battery life. Sustainability also plays a role, in the use of recycled materials and plastic-free packaging.

ThinkBook 16 Gen 7 QOY

The ThinkBook 16 Gen 7 QOY is another standout, featuring the Snapdragon X Plus processor for enhanced AI capabilities. It offers on-device AI assistance with features like Meeting Assistant, as well as local AI processing for faster business applications. With a 16-inch display, a sleek 16mm design, and Dolby Atmos audio, the ThinkBook is designed for productivity and portability. It boasts 84 hours of battery life and robust security through Microsoft Pluton’s chip-to-cloud technology.

Auto Twist AI PC

Lenovo also introduced the Auto Twist AI PC proof of concept, which incorporates AI-driven automation. The device uses Dual Degree of Freedom automatic rotation to adapt to various scenarios. Its AI-powered flexibility enhances interaction by tracking user movements and adjusting the display accordingly. The smart lid closes automatically when the device is unattended, promoting both security and wellness.

With these innovations, Lenovo aims to equip businesses with advanced AI tools that enhance productivity, security, and user interaction in the AI era.
